A north Africa company, a leader in precast concrete and other construction products market, is going to move a dry mortar manufacture plant located in Spain to Africa. Becoming in one of the largest producers of building materials in his country.
For this, SOTECMA has been hired, which will carry out this project to move and expand its new facilities. SOTECMA will disassemble and transfer the current installation, consisting:
- 6 cement silos
- 1 compartmentalized silo in 4 aggregate silos
- 2 silos of finished product
- 2 truck loading hoppers
- 2 elevators
- Scales
- Mixer
- Augers
- Telescopic
- Support structure
In addition, SOTECMA will expand the installation with an aggregate classification system, consisting of a vibrating screen and a dynamic separator to the production of different sand fractions.
SOTECMA will also update the electrical installation; signal boxes, power panels and the automaton for the operational management of the plant.
