Bag filters and accessories
SOTECMA has a wide range of dust filters for SEVERAL applications, mainly for industrial mineral processing installations, dry mortar manufacturing plants, cement installations, plaster, lime, recycling, etc.
We have bag filters until 720 m2 of filter surface, and fans of up to 75.000 m3/hour.
Compact filter cartridges up to 54 m2 filter surface and aspirations up to 7.500 m3/h
Depending on its application, we can supply different qualities of the filter material.
These filters have two main applications:
- Dedust machines and installations.
- Process applications, associated with production, such as drying and calcination equipment, coolers, granulometric classification by air, grinding, etc.
Equipped with cleaning system of bags and cartridges by compressed air, adjustable in flow rate and pulse frequency.
The filters are composed of a dirty air chamber, and a clean air outlet area. Dirty air is sucked out of the collection point by the filter fan. It is introduced into the dirty air chamber and passed through the bags or cartridges. The solid particles are retained on the surface of the filter elements in the area of dirty air. The clean air goes out to through the clean air outlet area, by a duct or chimney.
The retained solid particles are cleaned by the pneumatic cleaning system, releasing the bags or cartridges and falling into the dust collection hopper or some other element arranged for it.
We have cyclones to preconcentration of particles prior to the filters and for concentration in classification processes in industrial minerals.
The high efficiency and low maintenance are due both to the selection of auxiliary elements such as pipes, valves, etc., and to the optimal design of the complete dedusting installation by our technical office.
